Colwood Golf Center is host to a full service event space located in Northeast Portland. Our venue can easily accommodate meetings, fundraisers, weddings, and parties of up to 200 guests. Our Columbia Room brings the beautiful Northeast Portland scenery inside with striking views of the golf course through wall to wall picture windows, making it an excellent venue for your next special event. 

Allow our professional staff to attend to every detail of your event while you enjoy your time with your guests. Featuring a customizable catering menu, spacious dance floor, two patios, and full restaurant & bar - Colwood Golf Center is equipped to entertain with our unrivaled customer service and amenities.

  •  Breakfast and luncheon events receive non-peak rates all year round. 

  •  The Columbia Room can hold up to 120 people. The room fee includes tables, chairs and tablecloths, and covers a 4-hour period, with two hours beforehand for decoration. The cost for extra hours is $100 per hour. 
  • The entire upper floor is available to shut down for private events, with no outside customers, at a cost of $750 for 4 hours non-peak and $1250 for 4 hours-peak. 
  • Columbia Room rental fee includes use of the room and facilities, service staff, one bartender, tables, chairs, linens, set up, cleaning of the room, and water service. 
  • Catering order includes glassware, chaffers, serving utensils, flatware and plates. Chaffers, plates and flatware are not included for outside food or desserts.
  • The Columbia Room is 53' long x 35' wid & 9 1/2' tall with wall to wall windows overlooking the driving range and golf course. 
  • Our dance floor is 19' x 40 1/2' in the center of the room 
  • Outside catering will be authorized on a case by case basis, mostly during off-peak season. If given permission for outside catering, the outside catering fee is $10 per guest, place setting rental costs $1.25 per guest, chaffer rental with fuel cost $15 each, and beverage dispenser rentals cost $10 each.
