COVID-19 Event Update:

To ensure the safety of guests and staff, we adhere to the governor’s restrictions on group size and mask requirements, however Colwod Golf and Event Center offers a large event space with room to have a socially party with close family and friends.

 

Your event gets private use of the whole upstairs Colwood Grill area, event space, and patio. Also included: one bartender for 3 hours of event time, along with setup and breakdown of tables and chairs.

During these unprecendented times, Colwood is currently unable to offer event catering, but we have a preferred list of local caterers or you can bring in your own.

Colwood Golf Center is host to a full service event space located in Northeast Portland. Our venue can easily accommodate meetings, fundraisers, weddings, and parties of up to 200 guests. Our Columbia Room brings the beautiful Northeast Portland scenery inside with striking views of the golf course through wall to wall picture windows, making it an excellent venue for your next special event. 

Allow our professional staff to attend to every detail of your event while you enjoy your time with your guests. Featuring a customizable catering menu, spacious dance floor, two patios, and full restaurant & bar - Colwood Golf Center is equipped to entertain with our unrivaled customer service and amenities.

  • Events that end by 3:00pm, receive a 50% discount on room rentals. 

  • Room fee includes the use of the Columbia Room and facilities, one bartender at the main bar, rental of tables, chairs, linens, along with set up and breakdown of the room, and water service for four hours of event time, plus two hours beforehand for decoration time.

  • The Columbia Room is 53' long x 35' wide & 9 1/2' tall with wall to wall windows overlooking the driving range and golf course. Our dance floor is 19' x 40 1/2' in the center of the room 

  • Catering order includes the use of glassware, chaffers, serving utensils, flatware and plates. Chaffers, plates and flatware are not included for outside food or desserts.

  • Outside catered events are allowed on a case by case basis. Please contact the Event Manager for rates. Optional place setting rental costs $1.25 per guest, chaffer rental with fuel cost $15 each, and beverage dispenser rentals cost $10 each​​
