Special Event Packages

Colwood Golf Center is host to a unique event space located in Northeast Portland.  Our venue can easily accommodate meetings, fundraisers, weddings, and parties of up to 120 guests.  Our space brings the beautiful Northeast Portland scenery inside with striking views of the golf course through wall to wall picture windows, making it an excellent venue for your next special event.  Our space also features a spacious dance floor and a private outdoor patio adjacent to the bar.  

 

Room Rental Details

Available Days of Week:  Thursday   Friday   Saturday Sunday
6 Hour* Access Room Fee:  $600 $700 $900 $700
**Food Catering Minimum $500 $900 $1,500 $750
*6 Hours are based on: 2 hrs set-up time, 3 hrs event time, 1-hour clean-up time.  Additional rental time is available (see "add-ons" below) 
**The use of our banquet space requires food catering services.  Please inquire with our event manager to see available menu options.


 

  • Room Rental includes the use of our entire indoor event space (formal banquet room and adjacent bar/lounge area), bar service at the main bar, rental & set up of tables, chairs, linens (white), and water service for 3 hours of event time.

  • Venue Details & Capacity:

    • Columbia Room (formal banquet room):  2,000 sq. feet, including dance floor.  Seats 50 - 120 guests, depending on room layout. 

    • Bar & Lounge:  1,200 sq. feet, great for cocktail receptions and/or additional seating.

    • Outdoor Patio:  500 sq. feet (limited seating), adjacent to the bar, overlooking the golf course and driving range.  

  • Catering:  Colwood offers a variety of catering services to suit the unique needs of every event, from a light appetizer reception to a double entrée buffet dinner. Catering services include the use of our glasses, plates, silverware, and fabric folded napkins.

  • Bar Service All alcohol service will be handled by Colwood Golf Center.  We offer a robust selection of beer, wine, and liquor.  Groups are not allowed to bring in outside alcohol to the venue.  Catering is required for alcohol to be served.
